Pros
Fregula is toasted sardinian pasta, the flavor is nutty and perfect for soups and salads. This pasta is very unique, and has a toasty flavor, really delicious!
Good service and the product is what i wanted. Would gladly purchase from this vendor again. The texture is great!

One of the bags was open when it got here and spilled all over the box inside

Unfortunately the bag had a little tear in it and so a bunch of the pasta had leaked out into the box thankfully the box stayed dry so it was still usable

It doesnt have any cooking instructions on the bag but thanks to the internet i found out how boil gently in salted water for 15 minutes drain but do not rinse and it turned out wonderfully
