The hose is insulated, it has an extra o-ring and gasket. It has a manual disconnect that allows easy removal of the hose for cleaning.

Two shoulder passages; one for hose, one for phone charger. Versatile for left or right handed access to water tube and snack pack. Side pouch is great for quick access to phone/camera.

Cons

Total junk. Continually smakes against your side. If they send me a replacement i'll update my review accordingly.

The bladder seems decent but the mouthpiece leaks when it's closed. The entire right side of my body was soaked after an hour of riding. The storage is extremely limited, especially after filling the water bag.

I contacted the seller they immediately apologized and sent me a discount code for a replacement

They gave me a code to get a new bladder hose sent to me and i’m pretty happy

Contacted customer service and they fixed the issue right away
