I should have listened to the reviews that said the velcro gets in the way making it physically impossible to adjust to anything lower than perhaps a 34 and even then i wouldnt chance it personally

Not the manufacturers fault but as it stands the belt is not worth the time and money to ship back

I ordered the smaller 34 belt and as i tried it on one of the velcro areas at middle of belt was in the buckle area i am a 30 waist
