We have a year and a half Pyrenees Poodle mix, in short a giant hairy cotton ball. Our hope was that he would be a low shedding dog. Our hope was in vane. We have been spending a ton of money getting him groomed each month when we stumbled upon this blow drier. It has paid for itself in just about two months.In the past, I would brush him and then bath him, wait for a day for him to dry and then brush him again. It never got a fraction of the fur out that the groomers did. Our house was covered in for with in a day or so.Now, I give him a good brush (it is vital you brush first that way you do not lock in those mats and you pull out the first level of hair). Next I give him a bath. Finally, I blast him with the blow drier while brushing him a second time. The mud room has to be vacuumed after I am done due to the amount of hair the blow drier gets out. It is nothing short of amazing. For the next week we can love on him as much as we like and we are not covered in hair. The entire process takes me about 2 hours and I do it every two to three weeks. This blow drier is saving us a bundle. So worth the money. It is also sturdy and well made. The heat option is fantastic and helps the drying time of the fur. It doesn’t get too hot and burn them either. Just over all I give it 5 stars because it is completely deserves it.  Read Less

I had a problem and the customer service representative was exceptional helpful and expeditious in resolving the issue. Their correspondence was immediate. It was an extremely refreshing response to a difficult problem. I am pleased with the unit and all three of my dogs are much happier now that they get dried quickly instead of having to sit still forever with a hair dryer.  Read Less
