The only downside is, like someone else said, the drawstring can never be tightened enough to prevent some of the buckwheat from spilling out the sides. I lie flat on my back and have this neck roll under my neck on the mattress.
Cons
It’s small and excessively hard. If you want your neck to feel like bruce lee woke you up with a karate chop and snapped it.

If you want to be more relaxing you need to take out some grain otherwise it will be to hard
