It’s a bit milder, less peppery than some olive oils, won’t overwhelm your dish, only enhances it.
Cons
Do not buy thisvastly inferior product. This is false and fraudulent advertising. I have complained about this before apparently to no avail.
Frantoia extra * olive oil is not 100% olive oil. There may be sicilian olive oil in it but it was sourced from different countries and was just a product of italy. Thisdeception is harmful to the consumer and the olive oil industry.

The 24 price is very good and i think even better than what i was paying at zupan’s market in portland oregon

We tried this instead from the same brand and it has that same distinct taste full bodied quite nutty flavour
The frantoia is very fresh and ‘’grassy” similar to laudemio but a much more affordable price

If you are not able to get to sicily to savor the olive oils food wine culture and amazing people why not try a bottle of frantoia to savor a tiny taste of real olive oil not the kind in the groccery aisle
