Sometimes i put this clip on my whole ponytail at my neck and it just barely holds all of my ponytail too

Ive never used a volume barrette and wasnt understanding that you have to really press in to get it to close

In my defense i am used to clips not closing because i have thick hair so when it didnt snap into place right away i just thought it might be too small
