Pros

Perfect colour frame for my print. Much nicer colour than in the photo. Used this product to frame our grandchildren's photograph.

Size a4, easy to put together and sturdy. Fits an a4 picture like a glove.

Fast and speedy delivery. Also very well packaged. Packed really well.

Emailed company, quick response and replaced immediately. Card enclosed with a helpful message. Unfortunately arrived damaged but a replacement sent immediately.

Cons

This is really misrepresented. Promptly returned for a refund. Wasteful and unacceptable.

I put the frame down on the floor/leaning against a wall, i didn't drop it but the frame split in two. Arrived broken and damaged. When i get a refund i will buy again and hope it arrives safely as it matches the other frames.
