Pros & Cons
Pros
Some reviews mention issues with rusting. No rust. Removable bottom makes it so easy to take pie out of the pan. Creates a professional looking fluted edge.
It's easy to remove the tart from the pan provided you grease it thoroughly. The tarts come out great. They make perfect tartlet shells.
Cons
Tartlets were all rusted while on the drying rack. The coating is very thin, and comes off easily. The pan is way too thin. It bends with little weight on it.
