Jago's illustrations are lovely, vibrant, and enticing. Great simple illustrations and toddler-level rendering of a beloved psalm. It's easy to understand. The message is awesome.

The jesus storybook bibke series is designed to introduce children to the gospel and the love of god. These books are so good at getting the gospel messages and themes for littles in language that they understand without straying from scripture.

The pages are board-book thick, sturdy enough for young ones. The book is thick enough that little hands can take it around and it would be hard to tear up. This book also has the right amount of words on each page for this younger age.

    Cons the words are so overparphrased that my son could memorize the book and still not recognize another version of the 23rd psalm

    I think thats a pity since the familiar psalm has so much descriptive language i miss he prepares a table for me in the presence of my enemies or my cup runs over or i shall dwell in the house of the lord forever
