I have had this camera for a few months now and the camera keeps having the ir filter malfunction during the day so the image is neon green and pink

I would have to power off the camera by removing the poe ethernet cable to fix it but the filter was malfunction again after a day or so

I called support and they told me to put a magnet next to the camera to fix the issue

This camera is two stories up and i do no feel like getting up on the roof to stick a magnet on a new camera

When this camera is pointed at any bright highcontrast scene as happens throughout the day with an outdoor camera the camera begins rebooting repeatedly and is inaccessible
