    Beware, however, for the blade is incredibly thin and flimsy (as is to be expected from a paring knife, i suppose).

    I tried to use it to cut through a very thin plastic packaging for a product i purchased, and the tip of the blade bent almost immediately upon making contact with the plastic's surface.
