I also played around with the oven for ideal temperature and time

I have been contemplating a new more expensive oven for a quicker cook and heat up time but man they cost sooooo much

I’ve had this electric pizza oven for about 6 months purchased online from costco

Instead of 78 minutes to cook a fresh made pizza it’s now over 15 minutes therefore the crust is nothing like it should be
