Would love a switch that would allow me to turn the inlid coil onoff so i could decide when the top coil would broil ideally would like to get the stone hot as hell then have the broil coil on even if the bottom couldnt be on 100 due to its a fairly lowamp unit at 120v

Heat to full blast then put the za in to get a crispier caramelized crust or do as in point 3 to get a better cook on the top the issue is once you put on full blast and it achieves temp thats it for a while the top burner wont come on and your pepperoni wont be cooking up to slightly crispy nor will the cheese

The latter is too complicated to get into the gorey details here so when rolling it try to just get it extended so its maybe 38 thick

The temperature knob is not a true temperature controller it just cuts off at a temperature

When the light turns off the coil should be glowing so immediately turn the wheel to 3 to keep it glowing as long as possible

I have tried putting a heat proof plastic bag with ice on the top to keep the coil glowing longer but dont bother anymore it wont burn because of the ice and it is heat proof
