Pros

Organic teas that are reasonable priced. Ideal size (68oz = lots of tea) and cleans easily.

The glass is solid enough to feel sturdy and the insert and cover are well designed, sturdy and easy to clean. That is hardly he product fault, but worth of cautioning other members so they don't have to replace theirs like i did mine!

Cons

Great idea, very very thin jug/not the best quality. Unfortunately it is also very thin and brittle. Would have been a good purchase if the pot was designed to be more durable. I'm going back to brewing tea in my old pyrex measuring cup for now.

As for cleaning ive just been rising the glass and rinsing the infuser

Competitiveness

This was the best choice compared to competition

I own a lot of forlife tea product and none of them disappoint

I included a picture of the competitor to show that it now needs a saucer at the bottom due to a hairline crack

I had the competitor jug as you can see
