An icon indicating which side the plug should ne inserted to the device would help understand which way it should be plugged in

I actually bought it thinking it was and hdmi out but was mistaken

It also allowed me to connect an external hard drive to the tablet with some special powered usb cabling and a specific fat32 formatting of the drive for compatibility with the android os
