Pros

These insoles are great. Great for plantar fasciitis / heel pain. These give light arch support inside my ballet flats. I use them in dress does for work - which generally have terrible arch support - as well as sneakers.

Cons

To my dismay, opening the package revealed two left foot insoles. They are lightweight and nice-looking, but they do not perform any serious arch support. Do not bother to waste your money for this product. Its too bulky & cheap quality.
