While you can't wear them with any shoe, with converse they work perfectly. There's a little bit of bounce so they're comfortable to walk in. These help with heel spurs.
Cons
The 2 extra pieces to add more height are pointless as they don't even snap on and just slide around in the shoe. The shoes need to be at least 2 size up for using it.

Be careful because not all shoes or boots will have enough room to accomadate the extra padding inside the shoe

I use them in my riding boots but can only use the insole without the other 2 sections
