Pros

This is for width. I have a pair of wading boots for fishing that needed to be a a little wider. Fits into my boots perfect, adjusts super easy, made sturdy. Just like my instep stretcher, this width stretcher excerts a lot of force.

Update on broken item. It functions perfectly, does the job with superior results.

Cons

The return policy is unacceptable for defective products. Now it is useless. Even with oiling the boot every time.

These are definitely oversize. Save your money and either go elsewhere or take your boots to a cobbler. The toe cap you see on the boot is just jb kwik weld.

And no i didnt use any fluid or such just cranked it until it was firm with the bunion spacers inserted into the correct spot
