The heel cushion wasnt as thick as i thought it was but thats ok because i dont want a super thick one if you are looking for one to help fill up the back of your shoes heel area then this isnt the one because it is not thick

And they are the real foot petals not the cheaper version they sell at nordstrom rack which are not as good before amazon i was only able to find the real foot petals at actual nordstroms not the rack
