The biggest one is that the pocket into which you slip the frozen gel pack is insufficient and does not work well

You cannot get that frozen gel pack in without wrestling a great deal and even then it starts to slip out at the top

If you can wrestle it in and get it properly strapped on to your foot and then keep your foot elevated and still it will work for the most part

Unfortunately my injury was the back and bottom of my foot which made placing the pack a bit more cumbersome but it did work
