I'm really excited to try these recipes: they look delicious. The contents are hyperlinked & the recipes include Mexican style foods (tacos, quesadillas, sandwiches, fish dishes, burgers Asian style tacos & other enticing soups & noodles & other delicacies. There are what look like very helpful tips on making great home fries.The recipes include expected servings & prepping/cooking time. The author has a very easy to read style with a lot of tips to help the dish turn out just right. I'm especially looking forward to trying the Asian & Hispanic recipes.I'd like to add that if you have an Asian market in your neighborhood, you may find many ingredients like certain noodles, mushrooms, greens & canned goods to be very nicely priced in comparison to the big box grocery stores.I received this for free during a promotion. I'll come back to change my review if the recipes disappoint.  Read Less
