This is the first time i've purchased flax in a large bag. It mixes well with soup, coffee, oatmeal, etc. It's a bit cheaper than milled flaxseed. Y está fascinado.

The body cant break down the shell so i put these into our food processor to grind everything including the shell into a fine meal
