However i dont see anyway they could be cut length or width and instructions dont address that application at all

First off you are saving big bucks but it for a reason the quality is not what the other places are selling

The actual shade portion is white but the top and bottom bar are more creamoff white and just gives it an olddirty plastic look if you stare at it too long
