I would recommend trying these because they have truly helped my kiddo. Since being on keto and taking this i lost 7 lbs in the first week! Would definitely recommend.

Cons

Very little nutrition value in this product. The main substance that keep your memory and mind sharp - phosphatidylserine - is very little. If anything my child seems more hyper now than before!
