Foam is stuck to the liner. The adhesive is useless, foam with adhesive started peeling after 2 days. Very light weight, tears very easily.
Prime members deserve better than defective products from china. Don't buy this *.

Tape backing is hard to come off but only because the adhesive is so sticky it needs to be covered well

But after several minutes of trying i got it apart and was able to stick it on the door and it seems to work as described once you get the paper off the weather stripping
