Pros
Battery is a reasonably priced improvement over the original one. Turbo runs fine on it chargers well on the original plug/dock.
Cons
Mos in, the thing dies when using on regular power and cleaning less than half of a 2400sqft home with mainly hardwoods! Very short run time. Installed as directed and ran for about 15 seconds then got the red light of death.
Very disappointed with product. Buyer beware you will be harassed if you write a less than perfect review of this company. Amazon is aware.

Came with clear easy to following instructions
I contacted support and they quickly mailed out a replacement
Packaging/appearance
I broke the little tab that holds the canister in place and now have packing tape all around to keep it attached to the unit
As an unexpected bonus there were spare air filters in the package
