Pros

I was impressed with the customer service at fluke. Although you can buy similar devices for half the cost, fluke is a well known and high quality brand. I am having a little glitch. This voltalert works great.

Used daily by electricians in all environments, industrial, home and business troubleshooting. Consistently detects the hot side of wires and outlets.

Cons

This tester cannot be depended on for any accuracy.

Sometimes it blinks for no apparent reason. Maybe it's good if you have buckets of time or you have some disorder that slows you down to a crawl.
