Pros & Cons
Pros
Cherry tomato, pickling cucumber, and sunflower plants have all sat tight on these without issue. The feet are the right height to allow air to flow under the pot to dry any moisture. Also since they are round it is easy to sping the pots to rotate wi... Read More
Good for drainage and gives it a modest lift off of the concrete. I use them between the pot and saucer so the plant does not sit inwater. They elevate our very heavy clay pots from direct contact with the ground.
They are just as effective and a lot cheaper than the alternative surface savers. Currently have 4 of them under fiskars 20, 16, and 12 resin terrapots. They are much less expensive than the terra cotta ones i have used in the past.
These are sturdy and almost unnoticeable. Holds all my potted plants in the house off the saucers. The material is a relatively hard rubber (flexible), unlike other rubber risers that have a foam-like consistency.
Cons
They are so light they kick out at the slightest provocation. A real pain in the pathetic.
