Mihaly csikszentmihalyi has written a book called "flow" it takes a look at what makes people happy and successful. The author shows how to find happiness and flow in your life.

This book relies on evidence and gives you facts, and it is both very doable, and completely life-changing.

Cons

The author uses obscure example after obscure example to drive home points that don't need 3 or 4 examples to reenforce. Each paragraph is a thinly disguised paraphrase of the previous paragraph. The print/font is way too small.
