I did have to use different wall plugs than the ones which were included since the screws were too small to cause the plugs to expand and hug our dry wall

Biggest problem is that the shelves have little groves on the bottom that the brackets fit in

The issue with that is the shelf seems to wide for the supplied brackets

I had to unscrew the end cap and put the shelf on the brackets and screw the caps back on which wind up screwing into the wood

If you wind up bumping the shelf on the bottom it can pop above the end cap

The only minor issue was that it was missing a securing bracket that is meant to secure the shelf to the metal rod it had 34 of the brackets

Also it says 16” apart but measure the grooves on the bottom of the shelf to make sure
