Pros

The seams are strong and the perfect thickness. The liner looks scratched -- but it's the purpose of the liner. Will save us from having to purchase zip lock bags for high volume product packaging.

This sealer is a really good deal. It replaces another brand that broke down on us after a week of use. I hope it lasts a long time.

Cons

Flood may have damaged the machine internally, thus shortening the lifespan of the machine. This is one of downside of this equipment. Stopped working within the first 20 minutes.

It's as if someone took a flooded machine, put it and it’s cushioning styrofoam inside a new box, then put that inside another box to ship it! Extremely poor design. Was anxious to try to seal cutout cookies.
