Pros

Used a similar pack at my chiropractor. It provides consistent coolness all around my foot. It has multi-functionality.

Product is a good sized ice pack and it stays flexible when frozen. Outlasts other commercial ice packs in terms of cold duration. The only negative is (as others have expressed also) the pack becomes a crunchy after being in the freezer.

The price is very reasonable, the square is actually less than the neck one. I really recommend this and hope my review will ease some readers' pain! These are wonderful! Worth the money 10 fold. Very happy with this purchase.

Cons

If using for wrist/forearm the way we needed to use, the product fold point and stitching creates a very uncomfortable and ineffective fold. It’s too large for an average 5’ 8” 160lb male.

This is not at all flexible when it comes out of the freezer. When frozen, does not fit comfortably. Freezes super hard and makes it impossible to adapt to the contours of your neck.

Buyer beware this is unusable as well as non-refundable. Unable to message the seller. It is cumbersome and it is not even returnable.
