Pros
The vest looks very nice and is very adjustable. There are zip pockets that hold the extra elastic that you can adjust. The side elastic cording holds the vest snug but allows freedom. Wish they included a second set of ice inserts.
The ice vest lasts for the duration of my lesson (1 hour) and is literally a life saver. It works well to apply ice to my middle back and between my shoulders. I have bones spurs and herniated disks.
