Clean look and visible on counter top, unlike the transparent ones. East to clean by hand or in dishwasher. Since these are dishwasher safe, i figure the scalding hot dishwasher will sanitize them.
Excellent cutting board. Brilliant idea. Holds up ok. Love it. Brilliant idea. Great value. An excellent value.
Cons
Stuck in the dishwasher one time, discolored. Its not even a cutting board. Going back to inflexible bamboo.

Probably will not tolerate heavy chopping but seems to be de designed for average slicing and dicing

I slice and chop on them using very sharp knives and the knives have not cut through the plastic

The postal carrier rolled the package tacostyle to fit it in the mailbox and they wont flatten out
