Pros & Cons
Pros
Grey flex seal is perfect for concrete cracks. It is essentially a silicone product similar to silicone sealer caulks. Works great on minor to medium common type cracks.
I'm no tv pitch man, but let me say, i have found so many uses for flex seal. Easy for me. Worked well. Very pleased with this product.
Cons
It peals off at the slightest touch. When attempting to repaint, it shrivels and creates a terrible mess. It peels off everyday and is making a huge mess.
