The foam really does contour to the inside of your ear canal and the flared end seals the deal making removal easy. The contoured shape makes it easy to insert and conform to the ear. Soft enough not cause pain on ear canal.

These fit securely and block out lots of noise. They're a bit bigger, but definitely fill out more space and cancel more noise as a result. These are very comfortable and sleek.

These ear plugs do a better job than any other ones in muffling the loud racket from the mri. The contour keeps them from working their way out unlike the non-contour ones.

A bit pricey but worth it. I really like the little carrier case since i can contain the earplugs to keep clean and go place to place like camping or a sleepover at a friend's that snores way too loud, lol.

On me there’s a sizable gap all the way around these plugs, they just slide out at their fullest size. These are no better at canceling noise than any other foam earplug, and they are difficult to insert.
