Whole chicken turns out like a rotisserie chicken, crispy and juicy and the fat drips away. Fish is juicy and flaky. Vacuum sea and season pork chops, chicken breasts, etc.
It really does defrost and cook your food from frozen. I had great success reheating frozen pizza, it comes out crispy and delicious! It's great not having to thaw meat before cooking it and cleanup is a breeze!

Flavorwave oven's platinum model 797dh has the detachable power cord design though if you have interests. Craftsmanship, the heavy duty glass blow, wire rack cad power cord, even the parts # printed on the halogen bulb.
Cons
Don't be fooled by the hipp on this oven. This is toxic. It is marginally better than a convection oven. Lined cookware can leech copper into the foods being cooked.
The product is faulty. It is a 20% restock fee plus you must pay return shipping. I got ripped off. Now my options are to get a partial refund and pay for shipping.

All of the splatter normally associated with cooking the aforementioned foods are contained within the glass vessel of the oven and eventually accumulate at the bottom

The only downside i am experiencing are the durability of the timer and temperature knobs which after more than a years use have both cracked and split open when you turn them
