Pros

Tinkercad is * easy and can also work on a tablet since it's web based. I see them selling for $100+ on craigslist. Slicer is easy to use. Flashprint does a very good job and is quick with the slicing.

The printer holds the filament spool in a cassette at the rear of the printer. To properly level the bed, first calibrate the extruder height. A raft is a feature in the print software which adds several layers of filament below your object.

Took about 25 minutes to set it up taking our time. It take a little know how to setup the cloud account but it's definitely worth it.

This problem was eventually solved by the patient and persistent support provided by mr. X. It works, but i wanted more control.

Cons

Customer service is non existent. Does not come with software2. For the first time i can say amazon customer service was horrible.

Spool size for this printer is apparently proprietary. No 3d printing software seems to recognize this printer. If this is true, it is ridiculous and may be the reason why the printer and the pla material is no longer in stock in amazon.

Extruder is too close to the base plate so no plastic comes out. Filament is clogged and doesn't extrude properly. Can't be fixed with youtube videos on how to fix nozzle issues, how to replace nozzle when major filament clog occurred.

It has a ton of small things wrong with it. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare.
