Pros

The seat is cushiony enough yet firm enough for good posture. The mesh on the seat is a little rough and the chair creaks when i shift in it, but for the price i couldn't expect more. It's also very sturdy, both the chair and the armrests.

Both chairs' backrest mesh can be adjusted vertically to fit your torso height. I’m 5’6 and the seat width is just right. It took a lot of chairs to find one that fit me like a glove like this one.

It comes with an allen wrench and that’s all you need. It's normally fine and if i cared i'd buy a replacement piston. I love the ability to adjust multiple positions.

The arm rests heights are adjustable, with three different locking heights. The backrest height is also fully adjustable. The arms are concave and my arms fit in perfectly.

Cons

The polyfiber mesh on the seat cushion is so slick there's no grip. The chair lacks lumbar support, and there is no adjustment for that area. The seat padding is insufficient and causes * muscle aching after only 2 hours of sitting.

The wheels literally leave black speckles of plastic on the floor everytime i roll. It feels cheap and wobbles from the cheap plastic. Very cheaply made.

This chair is just awful. No confidence in the mesh backing to last very long. This one is not it.
