Also, and this is a major must do, upgrade to better wheels. Bought for my wife. Also the adjustability of the chair. comfortable and height is good for both a 6'4 guy and 5'3 women.

Easy to assemble. It is all plasic, but the plastic feels heavy duty. The foot rail is sturdy, one of the reason i bought this one is the others' foot rail all seemed too wimpy for me.

Cons

Back is so contoured that it's uncomfortable. There is zero lower back support, chair is wobbly. The lumbar and back are not adjustable so if it hits in the wrong spot, you are sol.

When you sit down it sinks about a half inch when low, about 2 inches when high. The seat leans forward so you always are falling off slowly.
