Pros

Light weight,but sturdy. Sturdy, pulldown station helps stabilization. The pulley is super smooth too. My only gripe is the slide assembly sleeve for the lat pulldown does not stay on very well.

Cons

Missing pieces, unbalanced, and twisted metal. Don't bother using the recommended tool, the only one you'll need is a hammer. Cable system is trash. Rack is narrow and can't do wide grip bench on it.

Unless youre hitting up the strongman competitions this one is perfect

I bought a 300lb weight set with bar at dicks and its great but the holder scratches the crap out of the bar

I made some edits to it because im a personal trainer
