The little usb block is fine for the fit bit charge hr but it would have been nice if it could have been beefy enough to use to charge my smartphone quickly in a pinch

It will charge my phone but only very slowly if powered on and idle or slowly if powered off and cant keep up if the phone is being used

It is sized for the fitbit so it is hard to knock more than a half stat off for that

The only thing to watch out for is that this is only as long as the original cable which is quite short so if you are looking for something longer than the original this is not the cable you are looking for

For something not branded as a fitbit product it worked as well or better than oe for reasonable money
