Fitbit has been attached to my left wrist for 99 days. Free version does everything i sleep tracking, exercise tracking, calorie tracking. Sometimes the app takes a bit to update but it’s not a terrible app.

The quality is garbage. Who has the time or money for this nonsense? The biggest complaint i have is that fitbit has no customer service. Either don't by this product or spring for the warranty.

Do not buy this hunk of junk.

Fitbit has a long-standing problem relating to displays going black or becoming corrupted. The other problem is the brightness of the screen. It is very dim and cannot be made brighter.

Sleep tracker doesn't pick up pulse. Spent hours trying to revive it.

The sensor on the side is short-circuiting and won't let me hold it down the required 8 seconds to restart. Sometimes restarts or reboots fix the problem, sometimes they don't. The only suggestion from fitbit is to restart it.
