The pin remover tool is rather cheap and mine did bend when i was removing pins

Also note that if the tool does stop working located at the bottom of the tool is an email to get a free replacement

It comes with 4 easy clip in pins to addremove to the watch itself and a spare pin for the links

If i have a concern it is that one of the spring pins that secures the band to the watch has failed on two occasions going missing after the second failure

I am hopeful that this was just a defect in the single pin rather than a systemic problem

Not sure i can replace the pin or avoid the loss of the watch for that matter if it fails again

My wrists are really small and i had to take out a number of links but the provided tool even though it is super cheap made that process a breeze
