Pros

Healthy, simple recipes in here and delicious. Each recipe has a nutritional info and each ingredient is listed as a "ingredient" he uses spices and textures to make it interesting. The recipes look delicious, but i haven't dug into that yet.

Kevin's messaging is so upbeat, and everything is so flavorful. We love that he took some comfort foods like macaroni and cheese and also meatloaf.

This cookbook is like no other. Would have never been able to step this far out of the grilled chicken with rice and broccoli box without this book. The sauces alone are worth buying this book! And lastly in hopes that mr.

Cons

The book is fine, but when i open what should be the first page, i am looking at an upside-down index page. Huge bummer. There are a few good recipes, but the gems are few and far between.
