To counter the claims made by some of the reviewers that these are equivalent to the cheaper loppers look at how many people complained of the poor quality metal in the cheaper loppers look at the 1star reviews and then look at the complaints on the finnishmade quantum loppers

These loppers were put to the supreme test in a tornado ravaged wooded 2 acre yard as soon as they arrived

The worst problem i had was that i had to open the loppers all the way to get them around the stem

Finally there is a very sharp cutting blade thats made to be replaced easily if it ever grows dull and which would quite likely be covered by the manufacturer warranty

One is that a lot more room is needed to open these up so theres a potential for them to be unusable in tight spaces
