The app says 12 or higher is recommended for ice fishing but it really only worked well when i set the gain to 1

I could see my lure movement and exactly how far off the bottom i was and the movement was near realtime

The only thing i see wrong with it it has random interference where it shows fish a 12 feet no matter what its doing

But for some reason i pair a bluetooth speaker with it and the fish finder together it goes away

Good little sonar bluetooth a little shaky when ice fishing has to stay close to the hole wich put your cellphone at risk i heard wifi devices were much better for ice fishing

Cant stay too far away from your phone but excellent fish detection

Out past 90 ft fish readings were faint and it would not consistently read my lure beyond about the 50 ft mark
