It feels very comfortable wrapped in rubber over metal. It feels super stable in hand if that makes any sense. That's important when you have arthritis. The comfort is worth it though, and i'll gladly buy another one.

Cons

While the pen has a very sturdy and nice feeling to it. The first flaw is in the click to open/ spring mechanism. To begin with it rattles constantly.

The clip keeps it in my pocket without an issue although i have had my seat belt rip it out but it was caught under the clip
