First it needs to be raised with books or something under the front legs because it is not level enough for newborns

The fp customer service was great and got me out a replacement part 2nd day air when some of the pieces didnt work right so we were pleased and it apparently has a 1 year manufacturer warranty

What i dont like however is the lack of power cord of any kind and the need to use cbatteries instead of having some integrated rechargable battery set up

My only issue is the arm that holds the birds it isnt stable and falls often

We removed the faux mobile as it was absolutely useless but she really enjoyed the plush material and the gentle vibration
